Refund & Returns Policy

Because Dead Serious products are printed on demand just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selections.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it at no cost. Just send us a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery at hello@getdeadserious.com and we will sort it out.

Lost packages: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and reship if necessary.

Shipping Policy

All orders are printed and fulfilled by Printful in the United States. Production takes 3–5 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and selected method at checkout.

Domestic US orders: Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after production. Expedited options are available at checkout.

International orders: We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
